Beginning October 1, 2019, Port Authority Customer Service representatives will be available on our new live chat service from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Outside those times, customers seeking to contact Port Authority online will be directed to our Customer Service contact form.

The live chat service is available on desktop computers or mobile devices.

As we learn more about how our customers interact with this new service, we plan to expand the hours of availability.
