Keep in mind that orders placed for pickup at the Downtown Service Center may take up to 2 business days to be available for pickup.
Each month's passes go on sale online on the 10th of the previous month and are available through the 8th day of the month of use. For example, June passes are available for purchase online from May 10th through June 8th.
If you purchase a pass between the 1st and the 8th of the month, make sure the pass is still a good value for you – pass prices are not prorated.
On the 9th of every month, monthly passes are not sold online. This is designated as an order processing day.
A monthly pass is valid from the first day through the last day of the specified month.
These do not have sale restrictions and are available for purchase at any time.
Annual Pass Subscriptions
This pass option provides twelve months of rides for the price of eleven!
When ordering an annual subscription in our website store, please use the "Additional Instructions" field to tell us the date you would like your subscription to start.
A reminder will be sent to you one month prior to your annual subscription end date so you have time to renew your subscription.
Subscriptions Purchased Online Prior to February 16, 2012:
Customers will continue to receive a new monthly pass for 12 consecutive months. You may pick up your passes at the Downtown Service Center or have them mailed to you.
Subscriptions Purchased Online After February 16, 2012:
Customers will receive a new ConnectCard containing a year-long pass.
South Hills Village GO PASS
These are sold in the same manner as regular monthly passes – a GO PASS for next month may be purchased online from the 10th of the current month through the 8th of the next month. For example, a June GO PASS is available for purchase from May 10th through June 8th.
Additionally, riders may purchase a GO PASS as an annual subscription.
There is a one time fee of $5.00 to set up your parking card, which must be picked up in person when you first receive it. To avoid paying a $5.00 replacement fee, please keep your card so it can be reactivated for future use. Monthly decals may be picked up at the Downtown Service Center or mailed to you.
Shipping & Handling Fees
To cover a portion of Port Authority's postage and shipping costs, a shipping and handling charge is added to all orders. Small orders may be shipped via the US Postal Service First Class Mail. The shipping cost is $2.00.
Please note: If you purchased an annual pass subscription prior to February 16, 2012, the $2.00 shipping charge will be applied to each month's pass mailed to you, for an annual shipping cost of $24.00.
Annual pass subscriptions purchased online after February 16, 2012 will be shipped via FedEx. A one-time fee of $12 will be charged for shipping and handling.
Please allow 4 to 5 business days for delivery of all products purchased through this website.
