Request for Development Proposals: South Hills Village Upper Lot
The Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC), in cooperation and coordination with the Port Authority of Allegheny County, is seeking responses to a Request for Development Proposals (RFDP) from experienced, financially creative and capable developers, development teams or companies to provide for the transit-oriented development of the South Hills Village upper lot site via a long-term ground lease or similar agreement with Port Authority.
The site consists of an approximately 6.43-acre paved and lighted surface lot adjacent to Port Authority’s South Hills Village Parking Garage and light rail station in Bethel Park. Additional information about the site is contained in the RFDP.
Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, June 1, 2012. Instructions for the proper content and submission of proposals are contained in the RFDP.

This proposal process and the transit-oriented development of the site shall be in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. RAAC and Port Authority reserve the right to reject any or all proposals.
