1. Q: We are unable to open the ebusiness logon page from the below URL:
   http://ebusiness.portauthority.org
   You may receive an error message that resembles one of the following:
   Error message 1: Cannot find server or DNS Error
   Error message 2: The page cannot be displayed

   A: Frequently your company may have firewall restrictions prohibiting access to certain websites, please consult with your IT department. 
   We changed from port access to internet standard since the initial startup.  If you created a shortcut or bookmark, please delete any shortcuts/bookmarks and reload ebusiness.portauthority.org.

2. Q: We are unable to Login as an existing user.
   You successfully registered as a bidder, received an email from ebusiness.portauthority.org confirming that your bidder registration was approved along with your User ID & Password but are unable to log into ebusiness.

   A: Copy your User ID & Password from the email and paste in the appropriate fields on the ebusiness Login Page.  User ID and Password are both case sensitive. 

3. Q: We are unable to see the Bidder Registration questions.

   A: If you have not already registered as a bidder,
   Open the ebusiness logon page from the below URL:
   http://ebusiness.portauthority.org

Sign in as:	User ID: BIDDER
	Password: BIDDER1

User ID and Password are both case sensitive.
Then click on the link: "Register as a Sourcing Bidder".

4. Q: We are unable to complete bidder registration. We are receiving an error message similar to:
   The following errors need to be corrected
   Errors for Contact: Jane Doe
   Please enter a phone number. (18058,826)

   A: Verify that all required field(s) indicated with an asterisk (*) have been completed properly.

5. Q: We are unable to open/view event attachments.

   A: Review your Pop-up blocker setting or consult your IT Department.
