National TV has Port Authority looking FOX-y

Fox News Channel visits Monongahela Incline

Fox News Channel reporter Phil Keating and his crew visited snowy Pittsburgh last month as part of the station’s Fifteen Cities in Fifteen Days Tour.

Keating and crew made a stop at the Monongahela Incline to ask citizens questions about the upcoming 2008 Presidential Election. The crew braved heavy snows and freezing temperatures atop Mt. Washington and performed live shots for their morning anchor team in Washington, D.C.

During their stay, the crew performed what is believed to be the first ever live television interview with a commuter on an operating incline. The event served as a wonderful opportunity to showcase Pittsburgh and Port Authority to the rest of the country.
