I-279 HOV

The I-279 High-Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) reversible roadway is 5.3 miles long and located in the median of the I-279 expressway. Facility access points are located near Heinz Field, Mellon Arena, McKnight Road, U.S. 19 ( Perrysville Highway ) and I-279. Port Authority buses and vehicles (with two or more passengers) are permitted to use this express lane.
