I-279 HOV

The I-279 High-Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) reversible roadway is 5.3 miles long and located in the median of the I-279 expressway. Facility access points are located near Heinz Field, Mellon Arena, McKnight Road, U.S. 19 ( Perrysville Highway ) and I-279. Port Authority buses and vehicles (with two or more passengers) are permitted to use this express lane.

The afternoon 13C (13F trips enter the HOV lane from Anderson Street outbound from the city.
