The Regional Strategic Vision for Public Transportation Serving Southwestern Pennsylvania, also known as the 20/20 Transit Vision Study, addresses our current infrastructure needs and offers a menu of transit options and improvements for Southwestern Pennsylvania’s future. This comprehensive vision underscores the collective role public transportation and smart growth can play in shaping our region.

It is the result of an intense planning process involving hundreds of citizens as well as business persons, government officials, community leaders and transportation agencies from Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
