Pittsburgh, PA – Work connected to the filming of the movie “She’s Out Of My League” will close Forbes Avenue and Market Square between Wood and Stanwix Streets during the hours of 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. beginning Friday, May 2 and ending Sunday, May 4, 2008.
The closure will detour several Port Authority bus routes including the 51E Camp Hollow, 61A East Pittsburgh-Wilkinsburg, 61B Braddock-Swissvale, 61C McKeesport-Homestead, 61D Summerset, 61F Homestead Park, 67A Monroeville, 67F Trafford, 67J Lincoln Highway 71A Negley, 71C Wilkinsburg-East Liberty and 71D Hamilton.
Inbound 51E Camp Hollow will operate from Forbes Avenue, to Wood Street, to the Boulevard of the Allies, to Stanwix Street and resume regular routing on Fourth Avenue.
Inbound and outbound 61A East Pittsburgh-Wilkinsburg, 61B Braddock-Swissvale, 61C McKeesport-Homestead, 61D Summerset, 61F Homestead Park, 71A Negley, 71C Wilkinsburg-East Liberty and 71D Hamilton will be detoured. Inbound routes will operate from Forbes Avenue, to Wood Street, to Boulevard of the Allies, to Stanwix Street and resume regular routing at Forbes Avenue. Outbound routes will operate from Stanwix Street, at Forbes Avenue and resume regular routing at Liberty Avenue. Discontinued stops for these routes include Forbes Avenue at Market Square and Forbes Avenue at Stanwix Street. Inbound 67A Monroeville, 67F Trafford, 67J Lincoln Highway and 67H Squirrel Hill will operate from Forbes Avenue to Wood Street, to Boulevard of the Allies, to Commonwealth Place, to Liberty Avenue and resume regular routing at Stanwix Street opposite Fourth Avenue.
Port Authority customers are advised to expect possible delays in travel times due to these detours, and some stops may be temporarily discontinued and temporarily established.
