Port Authority Adopts Budget for Fiscal Year 2008 Friday, June 22, 2007 (1044 reads)
Pittsburgh, PA – The Port Authority Board of Directors today approved a $325.1 million Fiscal Year 2008 Operating Budget that includes a 10 percent service reduction this September and a fare increase in January, thereby forcing the Authority to virtually deplete funds which had been designated for capital purposes in order to offset a $44.6 million deficit.
