Project Schedule

A before photo and after rendering of the area in Downtown Pittsburgh that will be transformed into the new Gateway Center Subway Station. Under a contract with Port Authority, Light Motion Collaborative is designing the new station for the North Shore Connector.

Spring	Completed the FEIS and Preliminary Engineering	Federal Transit Administration granted approval to begin final design on the North Shore Connector.
Summer	FTA issued a Record of Decision for the project, thereby endorsing all environmental planning work	Began final design and detailed engineering
Fall					Construction scheduled to begin by mid fall.	Scheduled completion of the North Shore Connector project by year's end.
