Alert! The next round of route changes will occur on Sunday, September 5.

Port Authority's efforts to continue improving its route system continue with the next group of changes planned to start on Sept. 5.

Nearly 75 routes will be affected by the upcoming changes, which include several significant system improvements.

• Mon Valley: The Y1 Large Flyer will increase from 12 trips every half hour to 21 trips every 15 minutes, bringing a high level of commuter service to this region.
• Oakland:
  • Frequencies on the 71A-71C routes will be improved between Centre Avenue and Oakland.
  • A new 93 route will directly connect Lawrenceville with Oakland.
• West Busway: Direct service between Carnegie and Oakland will be restored.
