Welcome!
This website details the ongoing route changes Port Authority is making to improve public transportation across Allegheny County. The next round of changes will occur on Sunday, June 13.
Not all routes will change on June 13. To discover if your route will change, use this PDF brochure. If your route is not listed, it will not change in June.
The first round of changes that took place April 4 brought change to every corner of the county. We're adjusting a few routes that did not function exactly as planned, but the transition was relatively smooth for more than 90 percent of the riders affected in the first round.
Thanks to the April changes, some riders are finding new opportunities and more direct service, like a quicker trip to the airport on the 28X or improved service to growing destinations, like Bakery Square and SouthSide Works.
After the June changes take effect, the next round of route changes will come in September. Further improvements -- such RapidBus and stop consolidation -- will come in phases over the next couple of years. Take a moment to sign up for email alerts, and we'll let you know when your route is changing.
Printed brochures on the June route changes are available at our Downtown Service Center on Smithfield Street and at major schedule rack locations, including Downtown T stations. Route schedules will be distributed countywide starting in mid-May.
To request a brochure or a new schedule in Braille, call our Customer Service at 412-442-2000 and leave your name, address and route information. Be sure to specify that you need your route information in Braille format.
