As the West Busway provides easy and convenient connections to community neighborhoods, it also conveniently bypasses the Parkway West and traffic congestion at the Fort Pitt Tunnels. Six convenient and Americans with Disability Act (ADA) accessible stations are located along the West Busway.

These stations are also equipped with rider-friendly features, such as built-in shelter passenger message boards. There is also a direct connection to Port Authority Customer Service and Port Authority Police. Benches, bike racks and public telephones are also available at each station along the West Busway.

Many of the stations along the West Busway are located in the heart of the communities’ business districts and offer a 10 minute or less walk to banks, day care centers, schools, parks, grocery stores, housing and the communities’ municipal buildings.
