If you have been in an accident involving or had personal property damaged on a Port Authority vehicle, please call Port Authority Claims, 412-566-5214, during normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. A claims adjuster will guide you through the claims process.

During non-business hours, please leave a message with your name, daytime telephone number(s), and a brief description of your claim. A claims adjuster will return your telephone call.
