Mr. John A. Brooks
Chairman
Mr. John A. Brooks joined the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America in 1966 and now serves as Executive Secretary-Treasurer and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Pennsylvania Regional Council of Carpenters, representing 15,000 members in 60 counties.
He is currently a trustee of Local Union 230 and has always been an active participant in the union and an advocate for its convictions. In addition to the Port Authority Board, Mr. Brooks also serves on the boards of the Building & Owners' Management Association, the Builders' Guild, Parks 2000 and the Steel Industry Heritage Society.
Mr. Brooks is also an ambassador to TEAM Pennsylvania Program, which promotes economic growth throughout the state, and served as a member of the 2003 Labor & Industry Transition Team for Governor Ed Rendell. He currently serves on the 2003 Pittsburgh Financial Leadership Committee.

Mr. Guy A. Mattola
Vice Chairman
Guy A. Mattola is former president of Allegheny Business Machines, Inc./IKON Office Solutions. In 1981, Mr. Mattola purchased Allegheny Business Machines with the belief that the future of the office equipment industry belonged to those who offered the best technology and supported their customers with the highest quality of service possible. Today, Allegheny Business Machines/IKON is the largest distributor of office equipment in Western Pennsylvania.
In addition to being a Port Authority Board member, Mr. Mattola serves on the Finance Committee of St. Joan of Arc Church and is an annual supporter of the Allegheny Valley School and Pittsburgh Vision.

Mr. James J. Dodaro
Treasurer
James J. Dodaro serves as of counsel to the law firm of Dodaro, Cambest & Associates, specializing in public agency law, and executive vice president of Resource Development & Management, Inc., a multi-faceted consulting firm specializing in public management and government relations.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Mr. Dodaro earned his Law Degree from Duquesne University in 1969. Among other positions in public service, he most recently served as a commissioner of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission from 1984 to 2004. He has also served as Allegheny County solicitor and solicitor for the Community College of Allegheny County, executive director of the Allegheny County Industrial Development Authority, director of the Allegheny County Department of Development, administrator of the Allegheny County Hospital Development Authority and executive secretary of the Allegheny County Authority for Improvements in Municipalities.
A member of numerous other local boards, commissions and committees over the years, including the Allegheny County Planning Commission, Mr. Dodaro is currently on the Board of Directors of AAA East Central. He is also a member of the University of Pittsburgh Institute of Politics and Transportation Advisory Committee, the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar associations, Sons of Italy and Italian Sons & Daughters of America, among others.
He and his wife, Carol, reside in White Oak and have three children and five grandchildren.

Dr. Charles Martoni
Dr. Martoni is the District 8 representative to the Allegheny County Council and serves as the Dean of Students at the Community College of Allegheny County, Boyce Campus.
A Pittsburgh native and 28-year veteran in government service, Dr. Martoni has held many elected offices ranging from School Board Member to Borough Council President, Mayor and Manager to Allegheny County Council Member. He holds masters degrees in history and school administration and he received a doctorate degree in higher education from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Richard W. Taylor
Richard W. Taylor is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received his undergraduate business degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University, and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Tulane Law School, with a certificate in environmental law. He was actively involved in national political affairs for a number of years, and served as a campaign advisor to several Congressional candidates across the country, as well as to President Bill Clinton.
Mr. Taylor also worked as a federal and state governmental affairs representative for Pittsburgh-based Consolidated Natural Gas Company (CNG), where he later served as legal counsel and Director of Knowledge Management. He later served as CEO of Macedonia Development Corporation, an affiliate of the Macedonia Baptist Church of Pittsburgh, where he led housing development and other revitalization efforts in Pittsburgh’s Hill District community. Currently, he is Senior Vice President of Pittsburgh-based Imbue Technology Solutions, Inc. (ImbuTec), an energy efficiency services firm.
Mr. Taylor also serves on the boards of the Urban League of Pittsburgh, the Pennsylvania Environmental Council and Macedonia Development Corporation.

Ms. Joan Ellenbogen
Joan Ellenbogen, CPA and Certified Estate Planner, is the third generation of Ellenbogens to head CrawfordEllenbogen. She advises closely held businesses and their owners on financial, business management and tax issues, including estate and succession planning.
Ms. Ellenbogen has taught at both Duquesne University and the University of Pittsburgh. She holds a certificate of Educational Achievement in Estate Planning and received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Duquesne, where she graduated summa cum laude as valedictorian. She also received her law degree magna cum laude from Duquesne's School of Law.
Ms. Ellenbogen is president-elect of Executive Women's Council, past president of the Pittsburgh chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, past president of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation, past president of the Pittsburgh Tax Club and past chair of the Tax Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. She is a member of the Tax Advisory Board of the Graduate School of Business Administration at Duquesne University and the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs. She has previously served as a director of the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh, and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and as a member of the Budget and Finance Committee of Allegheny County Commissioner Jim Roddey's Transition Team.

Mr. Jeffrey W. Letwin
Mr. Letwin, appointed to the Board in July 2005, is managing partner of the Pittsburgh office of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis, LLP. His practice includes all areas of business counseling, including corporate finance, securities, franchising, municipal and government services, real estate finance and development. He has served as counsel for the Allegheny County Airport Authority since its inception in 1999 and as Planning Commissioner for the City of Pittsburgh since 1997.
Mr. Letwin received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law. A practicing lawyer for 25 years, he is currently on the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Filmmakers and the Jewish Family and Children's Services and serves as a delegate for the United Jewish Federation. A co-founder of the Pittsburgh Israel Chamber of Commerce in 1993, he has also served on the Board of Directors of the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, the Greater Pittsburgh Convention and Visitors Bureau, Leadership Pittsburgh and the Jewish Association on Aging.
Mr. Letwin, noted as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for general business law in 2004 and 2005, is also an arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Eddie Edwards, Jr.
Eddie Edwards, Jr. is an Associate with the law firm of Burns, White & Hickton and concentrates his practice in the area of business law, entertainment law and sports management.
Responsible for serving the legal needs of corporate clients, Mr. Edwards assists in the formation of corporate entities, operating agreements, bylaws and shareholder agreements. He also provides counsel on corporate governance and conducts legal research and prepared legal memoranda on a variety of corporate matters.
Mr. Edwards has also served as the agent/representative for professional athletes, and is a licensed contract advisor by the National Football League Players Association. He has structured and negotiated contracts with various professional football organizations and negotiated marketing agreements on behalf of his clients. As vice president of Glencairn Limited, a Pittsburgh-based television holding company, Mr. Edwards managed the compliance and legal needs of the company’s television properties and oversaw the day-to-day operations in eight major markets across the United States.
A varsity athlete at Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Edwards received his undergraduate degree in Communications in 1995. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2001 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he received the University of Pittsburgh Student Leadership Award. Mr. Edwards also was a Murrey S. Love Moot Court Winner in 2000 and a Gourley Moot Court Finalist in 2001. He received an Excellence in Litigation from the Center for Forensic Economic Studies Award and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Trial Advocacy in 2001.
He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since February 2002.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mr. Edwards serves on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association and the Community Board of First National Bank.
